How can you trust someone you've never met?

The time-honored way of minimizing risk when entering into a business relationship with someone new is to ask someone you trust about them. But what if there is no one you can turn to who has bought or sold a business in your area lately? The next best thing, we believe, is to see what other clients have said.

From the broker's viewpoint, the problem is equally vexing. It is possible to have a round of applause and congratulations for a job well done on Tuesday, and on Thursday be faced with a prospective client who wonders if you can be trusted and if you know what you're doing.

We try to bridge this "credibility gap" by using testimonials and references. It's not a perfect process, but it can help to see what others have said about us. Some of the testimonials are from business consulting clients, but they offer support for the integrity and wide-ranging skills of our broker in charge of business sales, Gary Richards.
